Chemical Peels (Skin Rejuvenation) - Fort Worth, TX

Overview

One of the most effective methods of treating a wide variety of undesirable facial skin conditions is a chemical peel. Acne scars, uneven skin tones, sun spots and other pigmentation problems, fine lines and wrinkles, and rough texture can all be lessened with chemical peels. The appearance of skin is improved when the chemical peel destroys and removes damaged and dead skin cells from the visible layer of the skin. At Anderson MedSpa in Fort Worth, our skincare professionals use a variety of skin rejuvenation agents, each specializing in different issues. The technicians of the MedSpa analyze each patient’s skin and discuss their concerns and goals before recommending a specific chemical peel treatment. A broad selection of chemical peel strengths and brands guarantees that every patient receives a customized treatment leading to optimal end results.

Types of Chemical Peels

ZO Controlled Depth Peel®

The ZO Controlled Depth Peel (CDP) is a highly advanced chemical peel effective in improving conditions including uneven pigmentation, shallow acne scars, sun damage and freckling, and fine lines and wrinkles. Performed in-office, the CDP can restore healthier and younger-looking skin to the face, neck, chest, and hands of our Fort Worth and Weatherford patients. This chemical peel requires some patience, as the visible improvements appear gradually over time, usually around 30-40 days following treatment. As new, healthy skin replaces the old, the skin’s texture becomes firmer, cleaner, and smoother. With this process, your appearance becomes more vibrant and younger-looking.

Our experienced skin care technicians analyze each client’s skin quality and goals before establishing a plan that will best achieve those goals. The ZO Controlled Depth Peel is safe and customizable to individual skin care needs. Removal of minor skin blemishes or improvement of skin tone may require only 1 to 2 layers of the CDP, whereas more severe cases of skin damage may require 3 layers and multiple CDP sessions spaced out over a few months for comprehensive treatment.
